Bonus offers close. Sometimes the promotion runs its course, sometimes the operator pulls it early, and occasionally it disappears in one country while continuing in another. If you arrived here from a link to an offer that no longer exists, this is what usually happened and what to do next.
Why an offer disappears
- It expired. Most welcome offers are time-limited and many seasonal promotions run for days rather than weeks.
- It was withdrawn early. Operators cap total liability on a promotion; once claimed enough times, it ends regardless of the advertised date.
- It is no longer available where you are. Licensing changes routinely remove an offer from one market while leaving it live elsewhere.
- The terms changed. The offer still exists but the wagering requirement, the cap or the eligible games moved, which in practice makes it a different offer.
What to do instead
Do not chase a closed offer by depositing anyway and hoping support will apply it. They will not, and you will have made a deposit you did not intend to make on terms you did not choose.

If you claimed it before it closed
An offer closing does not cancel a bonus you already hold. Your existing terms continue to apply, including the wagering requirement and the expiry date attached to your claim. If an operator tells you otherwise, the terms you accepted at claim time are the ones to point at.
